At TKEES, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new footwear or apparel isn't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original TKEES dust bag and box, ensuring all tags are attached and the product shows no signs of wear.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund or exchange has been processed.
